Canal 5 Studio worked closely with the owner through several iterations to layout this Sicilian themed restaurant. The objective was to best fit the kitchen equipment, cooler, bar, and seating into the existing space while minimizing the amount of new construction required. New toilet rooms were also provided as part of the overall accessibility upgrades.
