Springer’s Jewelers’ Portland, Maine – New Store
Springers Jewelers leased 6,000 sf at the corner of Fore and Union Streets in Two Portland Square. The project is a collaboration between Canal 5 Studio, and a Switzerland based interior design firm, Studio Tonic. The project scope includes exterior modifications to improve retail presence, as well a total renovation of the interior space. The store expects to open in 2027.

A new 105,000sf manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters. The new facility will accommodate continued growth for the company that manufactures reuseable temporary construction walls distributed through the United States. Opening spring of 2026
