Bath YMCA Early Learning Center, Brunswick, Maine

An existing office building is being gut renovated inside and out to create a 132-child early learning center, primarily for employees of Bath Iron Works.  Accommodating three age groups, the site includes two outdoor play areas. It is conveniently located near Route One in the Cook’s Corner neighborhood providing easy access to the facility. Opening fall of 2025.
